We charge by the “man” hour, not the job.  That means no square footage quotes.  We assess how long a job will take and complete the job at hand.  This works better for the client because we‘re not trying to fit as many homes in a day and avoid a negative reputation.  You pay for your hours, we accommodate.  We respect that your money is just that, your money, and you don’t want to throw it away.
