I was working for a company who was paying me $8.00 an hour.  Loved the work, hated the pay.  After a year I asked for a raise and was told by the owner that they didn’t give raises.  I quit.  I started cleaning a friend’s home that summer.  Good news travels fast.  People were interested in my services. 

The work load became too heavy for one person so I asked my sister who was a stay at home mom if she would like to help me.  By December 2005, we were cleaning 15 homes a week on average.  Impeccable Cleaning Services was born.  We were raised in a home with 5 kids and a Dad in the navy which meant he was away a lot and Mom expected everyone to pitch in.  And believe me you did your chores right the first time or you went back until you got it right.  Actually, it’s ironic that we own a cleaning company, something that we dreaded doing when we were growing up.  But being taught to do the job right or not to do it at all (which actually was not an option) contributes to our attention to detail.
