Q: Who will be cleaning my home?
A: Our employees are background checked by a nationwide company called Comnetix Inc. – An L-1 Identity Solutions Co.  This is an international fingerprinting company and allows us to choose from the elite.  Compare that to the RCMP check that are most commonly asked for in the cleaning industry which encompasses 3-6 months of a potential employees history, Comnetix encompasses all information back to origin of birth.  This is for a number of reasons but the most important is so our clients can trust our staff.

Q: How will our relationship work?
A: Once we have established your budget, the day of the week you would like our services, frequency and the amount of time required to clean your home, the next step would be to provide Impeccable management with a key.  This allows you the flexibility to come and go throughout the day.  There’s no need to sit at home waiting for your scheduled cleaners to show up.

Q: What time will Impeccable be at my home?
A: Generally we get on the road around 9:00am and work until 5:00.  In many instances we try to accommodate the client if they have a preferred time of day.

Q: What do I have to do before the cleaning?
A: If the cost of tidying up prior to cleaning is not worked into your budget, that is the only request we have.  Otherwise, the time you have purchased for us to clean will not be spent on cleaning, rather tidying and this could result in you, the client, being dissatisfied and we certainly don’t want that.

Q: What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
A: We have definitely had accidents in the past and owned up to them.  We will always tell our clients if we have damaged or broken something and offer to replace or repair.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
A: This is discussed during the estimate.  It is completely up to the client.  Most people have their preferences of aromas or scent free and prefer to keep it that way.  Additionally, if the client provides the product, it is a savings to Impeccable and that is passed on to the client.

Q: What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
A: Our scheduling officer will ensure a phone call is made days prior to the holiday or change to the scheduled cleaning.  We will strive to book that scheduled clean at the most convenient time for you.  Additionally, you can leave a note for the cleaners.  They are diligent in ensuring the scheduling officer is aware of your requests.

Q: How do I pay for the service?
A: There are several ways to pay.  Cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
